A Unified Platform for Seamless Collaboration and Effortless Service Excellence

Background
Aguas de Portugal (AdP) faced the challenge of optimizing their service management process, inside and outside of their organization.
To address this, we embarked on a UX/UI project to create Smartmarket – an innovative platform designed to revolutionize how AdP schedules and manages various services. The project aimed to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and create a visually cohesive interface for the E2E process - from users who request the services, to management, third-parties and stakeholders.

Smartmarket is designed with both efficiency and ease in mind, catering to the diverse needs of AdP admins, from services applicants to management and suppliers.
Audience
End-to-End Journey Mapping
Through thorough user journey mapping, we identified key touchpoints for applicants, AdP managers, and supplier managers.
The design emphasizes a logical flow, guiding users through the entire service management process from scheduling to execution and resolution.
Unified User Interface
We crafted a unified and intuitive interface for Smartmarket, ensuring a consistent visual language across the platform. This design choice contributes to a seamless and visually cohesive user experience.
It was not collaborative between all users, but the information is shared across all profiles to make it as seamless and instant as possible.
Responsive Design
Recognizing the importance of accessibility for those in the field, we implemented a responsive design for Smartmarket.
The platform seamlessly adapts to various devices, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience whether accessed on desktops, tablets, or mobile devices.
Impact & Conclusion
The Smartmarket UX/UI project has brought about a transformative change in how AdP approaches service management.
The visually appealing and user-centric design ensures that stakeholders have a positive and efficient experience throughout their interaction with the platform. The collaborative features and streamlined processes contribute to improved productivity and decision-making.
